The following policies have been adopted to provide our visitors the best possible experience when visiting our museum. We ask that all policies are followed to ensure safety and enjoyment for all of our guests.
Parents/caregivers are required to provide supervision for children at all times. We require a ratio of 1 adult per 6 children. Lack of adequate supervision is grounds for immediate removal without refund.
We ask that adults limit their use of cell phone, laptop, or tablet devices. We encourage you to interact with children in each exhibit. This allows for all children to remain safe, supervised, and can create a fun experience for all!
We take pride in maintaining a safe, fun, and interactive museum. To help preserve this standard, we ask that all exhibits are respected and handled with care. We understand that wear and tear is part of our interactive experience, but should any exhibit incur irreparable damage, you may be subject to a replacement fee.
We ask that all exhibits are cleaned after use and encourage adults to help children put items where they belong. This ensures items stay in the correct place for others to enjoy throughout the day.
Rough housing with exhibits is not permitted. We have designated our parkour area for physical activity, and ask that it is contained in that area. Walking is required throughout exhibits to ensure safety of all children.
Disrespectful or abusive behavior is not permitted, and will result in you being removed from the museum without refund. We strive to create an environment that is safe and inclusive for all ages, and hope to provide an experience that is enjoyable for all.
Food and beverages are NOT allowed in our exhibit areas. We have two birthday rooms that are available to use during week days only, for eating and drinking. We ask that if you use the birthday rooms for this purpose, all trash is promptly cleaned and thrown in the trash can after use. Coffee, drinks, and snacks are available for purchase in our coffee shop or concession area.
